Selling a property from my Father’s estate and being overseas, were some of the reasons I felt overwhelmed and worried about the sale of my Father’s property. The finer legalities and the whole process of selling abroad was completely new to me and I had no idea how to go about it all. When I got in touch with Sharna McArdle I felt relief, due to her professionalism, clear communication and prompt answers to any queries I had.
I found her also to be very personable on the calls we had with one another. When offers were submitted she was able to comprehend and give unbiased feedback. The negotiation process was seamless and there was no stress as I felt confident that Sharna was working towards the same goal.

I don't know how Brian and Sharna could have been more helpful. From our first meeting and throughout the sale, my experience has been both completely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Brian and Sharna McArdle at Keller Williams! After being outbid and outmaneuvered on several potential homes/properties while working with another realtor, we turned to Brian and Sharna for help. When we again found a potential new home that we were interested in, Sharna masterfully played hardball to make sure our offer was accepted and accepted quickly in an ever-competitive market. One month later, Brian and Sharna sold our existing home for well over list price. The latter sale required Brian to use his contacts and negotiating skills to successfully resolve a last-minute issue raised by the potential buyer. Early in this process, Sharna had pointed us to some unique financing options through Director's Mortgage that effectively enabled and facilitated both of these transactions and saved us a substantial amount of fees/interest. Most recently, we had them assist in the sale of a residential rental property. Brian and Sharna make a wonderful team in the real estate profession and are definitely our go-to realtors when the need for such services arises again!
I had the pleasure of working with Aaron he had taken me to 6 different places until I made an offer on a place he never was pushy he let you take your time until you were comfortable and ready to make the next step once we gone through the closing stages he always check in to see how everything was going . I initially put my house up for sale using an internet real estate company, purchasing MLS space and advertising on Zillow, Redfin etc. I recieved multiple showings from this effort but, in the end, nothing came close materializing. The switch to the McArdle's was a very different and successful experience. With the McArdle's you're getting a selected team of professionals (stagers, photographers, advertisers etc.) in tune with current conditions. Despite selling in a strong buyer's market, and the huge disadvantage of the house being previously listed for months, the McArdle team brought the house to close quickly and at a great price! I should also mention I felt a sense of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness in dealing with the McArdle's. From my personal experience, these attributes should not be assumed as a given in the industry. I rarely write reviews for anything, this is the exception. I had a great experience and highly recommend the McArdle's to others!

They are also great in helping you sell your house and transitioning to your next real estate purchase. They are great at educating you about the process of buying and selling a house. As we all know it is the biggest transaction we all do in our life. I have had the privilege of working with Brian and Sharna on two real estate transactions. In 2017, they sold our townhouse that we had live in for twenty years. We were thankful for all their help. We sold our hour house in a month and the process was a huge win for my wife and I. After doing life between two states for a few years, We came to the conclusion it was time to find our dream house in Washington, we had developed a relationship with Brian and Sharna and asked for their help in finding our house in Washington. I am thankful for Brian and Sharna's kindness and patience in finding our permanent house in Washington. In March of 2023, Brian and Sharna showed us a house in a neighborhood we have always wanted to live. After walking in the house, we knew this is where we were going to live. We had some unique aspects to in our financing. Brian and Sharna were incredible in helping us with finance process. What could have taken 6-9 months to close, closed in two months. We are grateful for all your help, patience, understanding, and most of all helping us keep a positive attitude when we would start to feel discouraged. I was referred to Sharna and Brian when my husband and I decided to sell a home we had as a rental property on the Kitsap Peninsula. We live out of state, and had actually not seen the interior or exterior of the home for some time. Sharna evaluated the home and connected us with contractors to make needed updates and repairs in preparation for selling the home. All were wonderful to work with, professional, and prompt. Sharna was so helpful in shepherding us through the process of getting the house and landscaping ready for sale, as we have no knowledge of WA and Kitsap County regulations regarding such things as septic system inspections, well inspections, etc. Laura, transaction coordinator, was extremely helpful in keeping me on track with things that needed to be done throughout the sales process.
