Selling a property from my Father’s estate and being overseas, were some of the reasons I felt overwhelmed and worried about the sale of my Father’s property. The finer legalities and the whole process of selling abroad was completely new to me and I had no idea how to go about it all. When I got in touch with Sharna McArdle I felt relief, due to her professionalism, clear communication and prompt answers to any queries I had.
I found her also to be very personable on the calls we had with one another. When offers were submitted she was able to comprehend and give unbiased feedback. The negotiation process was seamless and there was no stress as I felt confident that Sharna was working towards the same goal.

I don't know how Brian and Sharna could have been more helpful. From our first meeting and throughout the sale, my experience has been both completely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Brian and Sharna McArdle at Keller Williams! After being outbid and outmaneuvered on several potential homes/properties while working with another realtor, we turned to Brian and Sharna for help. When we again found a potential new home that we were interested in, Sharna masterfully played hardball to make sure our offer was accepted and accepted quickly in an ever-competitive market. One month later, Brian and Sharna sold our existing home for well over list price. The latter sale required Brian to use his contacts and negotiating skills to successfully resolve a last-minute issue raised by the potential buyer. Early in this process, Sharna had pointed us to some unique financing options through Director's Mortgage that effectively enabled and facilitated both of these transactions and saved us a substantial amount of fees/interest. Most recently, we had them assist in the sale of a residential rental property. Brian and Sharna make a wonderful team in the real estate profession and are definitely our go-to realtors when the need for such services arises again!
